Overview:
This session will be held for the review of medical training and educational programs for Laboratory Medicine. Since 2015, Ministry of Health and Welfare of Korea requested 26 societies of each training subject for studies to develop professional core competeny and milestones with method for assessment according to Korean doctor's role.
Korean Society for Laboratory Medicine began with task force team and developed prototypes of core competency and milestones with assessment regarding basic and advanced courses for each subdivision during 4 years of residency.
